Prayers for HMWN Radio Maria

Prayers of Thanksgiving

1. For the existence of Radio Maria as a modern instrument of evangelization,             - We give thanks to the Father and to the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ, the divine Son of Mary.

2. For the successful launch of Radio Maria Canada on April 5, 1995 and of Holy Mother World Networks (HMWN Radio Maria) on May 8, 2005, through the greater glory of God;  

3. For Radio Maria's directors, staff, office and parish volunteers, prayer leaders, program hosts and the musicians whose music we play;   

4. For our generous donors, our faithful listeners, and all our friendly supporters, who pray, fast and make sacrifices for Radio Maria;

5. For the prompt CRTC approval of both our Italian and English close circuit and Cable broadcastings;

6. For Radio Maria's facilities at 1247 Lawrence Avenue West and the supporters who helped us to build them;

7. For the much needed new facilities and the supporters who will help to build them.


Prayers of Petitions

1. For the growth of the World Family of Radio Maria all over the world, let us pray,             - Lord, hear our prayers, through the intercession of Mary our Mother.

2. For the continued growth of both our Italian station, Radio Maria Canada, and our sister English station, Holy Mother World Networks (HMWN Radio Maria), that the Lord sends us dedicated and devoted people, employees, and volunteers, committed to work together to build the City of God;

3. For continued wisdom, humility and good health of the directors and staff of the World Family of Radio Maria;

4. For the continued direction, protection, good health, wisdom, humility and faithfulness of everyone associated with Radio Maria in Canada;

5. For the directors, the staff, the volunteers, the prayer teams, the supporters, the donors, and the listeners of Radio Maria in Canada;

8. For all office and parish volunteers that give their time and talents to our two radio stations, that they achieve joy, peace and holiness in their journey toward God;

9. For the growth of our audience: that the Lord multiply our listeners all over Canada for the purpose of their eternal salvation;

10. For the comfort and the renewed health of the sick who ask HMWN for prayers;

11. For the spiritual benefit of our program hosts, priests and lay people, of our speakers and of all musicians associated with HMWN Radio Maria;

12. For all of our donors and financial supporters who are inspired to support our mission "to bring Jesus' gospel through Mary" to the whole world;

13. For encountering favour with the major Cable companies of Canada, receptive to carry a Canada wide production of our programs in order to reach out to all Canadian listeners via cable;

14. For an increase in our donors' generosity to meet the demands of our operating costs, and maintain and upgrade technical equipment;

15. For the wisdom, direction and financial support needed to find a new, suitable location for the operations of Radio Maria Canada and HMWN Radio Maria.

Please pray for the 'H' family whose daughter has been missing for four years. Please pray that Our Lord will send them the miracle they desperately need to find the answers for their daughter.

For all those who are battling some type of cancer, in particular we pray for Father Paul, Carolyn and Giovanni.

For Filomenas sister, that she may find peace in her heart and feel God's love.

For those who have become lukewarm to God and the Church, that they may feel God's love again and be drawn back to church.

Please pray that God heals Dora form the colon cancer that has just been found in her body. Thank you Jesus.

For Liz Souto from Brazil, who is facing fear and despair, that God will help her to walk in His path.

For a special blessing over Liz Suoto and her fiancee who will be getting married on Oct 2nd.

For the special intentions of Liz Souto's family, especially her Father.

For the salvation of a World War II combat veteran, retired engineer, and avid horticulturalist who is in the final days of pancreatic cancer; that he die in the state of grace.

For Maria's daughter's and her family. That they will continue to be blessed with Peace and Health.

For Maria's son-in-law, that he can soon find another job. Also that he can regain the faith in Jesus.

For the deliverance of Angelo. We pray that the Holy Spirit will come upon him and guide him.
