"Values, Hopes and Dreams"

"The responsibility God has given us is connected with free will. We can choose to accept this and move on with our faith and works, or we can simple ignore it.

By making the choice to accept this responsibility we allow ourselves to become closer to God and eternal life.

St. Angela Merici

St. Angela was born in 1474 in the diocese of Verona. Early in life she dedicated herself to Christ as His bride. After the death of her parents, she desired to live solely for God in quiet and solitude, but her uncle insisted that she manage his household. She renounced her patrimony in order to observe most perfectly the rule for Franciscan Tertiaries.

“We must consider how to rouse one another to love and good works. We should not stay away from our assembly as is the custom of some, but encourage one another.” St Paul’s Letter to the Hebrews.
